 #### The Baking Experience in Erschmatt

Visitors, male and female, can get hands-on. Prepare and knead the dough, Shape your own bread. It is then baked in a wood-fired oven – and smells wonderful. The program also includes a village tour, threshing in the historic barn, and short films in the Hoher Spycher (Upper Storehouse). A full experience for all your senses.

 #### For families, groups and team events

The baking experience is teamwork and ideal for groups of 8 to 20 people. But smaller or larger groups are also possible. Suitable for team events, company outings and reunions. The baking experience is also appreciated as a corporate team-building event.

 #### Procedure

The classic baking experience is as follows:

- Welcome and introduction
- Kneading the dough and shaping the loaves
- Baking bread in the wood-fired oven
- Village tour with threshing/tubs and short films Hoher Spycher

 #### Timing

The baking experience is organised on request and is available all year round (including weekends)

 #### Duration

The classic baking experience takes approx. 4 hours

 #### Price

up to 8 persons flat rate CHF 600, each additional person CHF 50

 #### Additional offers

The following additional options can be booked on request:

- Aperitif
- Hike in the region
- Wine tasting

The baking experience takes place in the baking and oven parlour in the Burgerhaus.

 FAQ - frequently asked questions

**Can the classic baking experience (duration 4 hours) be shortened or extended?**
Yes of course, we can adapt an ‘à la carte’ programme.

**How many loaves can each person take away?**
One loaf per person is included in the basic programme. Additional loaves can be ordered on request at a price of CHF 5. It has as long as it has.

**In which languages is the baking experience offered?**
German, French, English and Italian. Mixed-language groups are also possible.
